On 4th of October, the Prefects and House Captains Investiture Ceremony of 2021 was held at BSB.
The main aim of the Investiture Ceremony is not only providing titles but also conferring responsibilities to the students, to take charge of the school and take it to the height they desire with their leadership and decision making skills, communication, and teamwork.

Today we are celebrating World Animal Day with students, teachers, and parents in the building of the British School in Baku.
The mission of World Animal Day is “to raise the status of animals to improve welfare standards around the globe.”

In 2021-2022 academic year Secondary School of Innovations BSB (British School in Baku) has pledged to fully cover the expenses of the children of Azerbaijan’s Patriotic War’s Martyrs – the major of Azerbaijani Armed Forces Emin Suleymanov, the sergeant of Azerbaijani Armed Forces Telman Kalbiyev, and the junior sergeant of Azerbaijani Armed Forces Zohrab Ismayilov.

On September 27 Azerbaijanis across the globe commemorate the Memorial Day for honoring and mourning the military personnel who have died while serving in the Azerbaijani Armed Forces during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, officially labeled as The Patriotic War.

Starting from the 1st of October the British School in Baku will be arranging Public Speaking classes together with ISOPS School.
It is a social club where they aim to develop public speaking, communication, leadership, critical thinking skills in students and cultivate future leaders.

On September 3, 2021, Director-General Ahmad Valiyev received the Director of the British Council in Azerbaijan Summer Xia upon termination of his term in the country.

Mr Boyd Dickson has more than 13 years’ teaching experience. In both the UK, and overseas, he has taught a range of year groups as the class teacher. He has taught at BSB before and he is very happy to be here again.
