On the 6th of November, Victory Day has been celebrated at BSB with great passion.
Our pupils had put great effort involved in activities like making posters, singing patriotic songs, dressing up in National flag colours, decorating classes and performing special assembly. It was wonderful seeing pupils’ patriotism who will be great future citizens of Azerbaijan.
Victory Day is a public holiday in Azerbaijan that is marked on 8 November, in commemoration of Azerbaijan being the victor in the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, officially labelled as The Patriotic War. Established by the decree of the President of Azerbaijan, dated 2 December 2020, the holiday is celebrated on the day of the capture of Shusha.
